  What you need to know. We recommend all customers set up 2FA, even if you access Hubdoc from Xero. Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your Hubdoc login. With 2FA you need to enter two authentication codes to access your Hubdoc organisation. Add a second layer of security with multi-factor authentication. Just one easily guessed password can stop your business in its tracks. Xero has put an extra deadbolt on the door to help keep your data secure. This second layer of security is designed to prevent anyone but you from accessing your account even if they know your password. MFA is also referred to as 2FA, which stands for two-factor authentication. MFA helps protect your invaluable data by adding a second layer of security.
